I found working with Pedram Naimi in the purchasing of a townhouse to be a positive experience. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I am happy to have this opportunity to recommend Pedram Naimi to anyone who is buying or selling their home. When I first met Pedram I was impressed with his great smile and easy manner. He is so easy to talk to and he takes an interest in what you are saying. The sale for the condo was painless and he went out of his way to make sure everything was done right and on time. Any questions or requests that we had were taken care of immediately.
We were delighted with the MLS Listing and video of our home. The price Pedram quoted us was comparable to everything in the market and it sold for full asking price before the sign was erected. Working with Pedram was like working with a very good friend.

Congratulations to Ped Naimi for selling our condo in just 7 days in a market where there's an oversupply of houses. Using creative marketing/pricing strategies, we got exactly what we wanted with very quick turnaround. Call him if you need a Realtor...it's well worth it!
