White Rock & South Surrey Market Update for April 2013
May 03, 2013 Detached home sales in April were up 20.6% compared to April 2012 and up 23% from the month of March. Average price has crept slightly too which I'm glad to see after the slow few months we've had. Townhouses prices are down 10.5% from this time last year and up 4.3% compared to the month before. Condos are up 2.7% from 2012 and that's great to see considering how much condos declined on average throughout 2012. If you're ever curious what your home is worth visit here to find out. |
