White Rock Market Update for May 2011 March 05, 2012

The average price of detached homes in South Surrey/White Rock went up 5% from last year where the average for the Fraser Valley was 11.6%. Condos went down by 3% which although is not good news, it was better then the average decrease of 4.2% throughout the Fraser Valley. Townhouses in the area were the star performers. Townhouses sky rocketed 21.4% and outperformed all other cities in the Fraser Valley where the average increase was 4.9%.
