July Market Update - Up for the most part
August 04, 2011 The number of sales in White Rock have gone down in July which was expected as we round out the summer. Although number of sales were down, the average price on went up for the most part. The average price of detached homes and condos went up 7.7% and 17.9% respectively from the previous month on June while for townhouses it went down 3%. |
